We invited Janece to our yearly management summit to work with our supervisors and help them overcome self-imposed limitations to success.
Janece gave a seminar on overcoming limiting beliefs and steps to take toward achieving success. Her seminar was noted over and over in the feedback from supervisors as one of their favorite breakouts of the summit.
Our supervisors loved her presentation. More importantly for our leadership team, these leaders began to make changes in their day to day activities that supported not only their success, but their team’s as well. There was a genuine excitement to take what they gained from Janece and apply it to their work.
